This Privacy Policy describes how the RestoNoSolo association (“we”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use the restonosolo.fr website (“the Site”), and the rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

Data Collected and Purposes

Contact Form

When you use the contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address and the content of your message. This data is used solely to respond to your request. The form is submitted via the EmailJS service and protected by Google reCAPTCHA (see “Processors”).

• Legal basis: the association’s legitimate interest in responding to requests addressed to it.
• Retention period: as long as necessary to process your request, up to a maximum of 12 months.

Event Participation and Membership

Registration for events and membership of the association are carried out via our members’ area club.restonosolo.fr and by correspondence. Data collected in this context (identity, contact details) is used to manage members and events.

• Legal basis: performance of the membership relationship and legitimate interest.
• Retention period: for the duration of the membership, then 3 years after it ends.

Donations

Donations are processed by the Stripe payment platform, which collects your email address, phone number and payment data under its own privacy policy. The association does not receive your bank details.

• Legal basis: performance of the transaction and accounting obligations.
• Retention period: applicable legal accounting and tax retention periods.

Audience Measurement

We use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool: it places no cookies, collects no personal data and anonymizes browsing data (pages visited, traffic sources, time spent). No consent banner is therefore required for this measurement, in line with CNIL recommendations.

Anti-Spam Protection

The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA v2 to block automated submissions. This service may place cookies and transmit technical browsing data to Google (IP address, browser fingerprint). This processing is governed by Google’s privacy policy.

Cookies

This website places no audience measurement or advertising tracking cookies. Only technical cookies may be placed:

• reCAPTCHA (Google), when using the contact form;
• since this site has no user accounts or comments, no session cookies are used.

You can configure your browser at any time to refuse or delete cookies. Browser-specific instructions are available on the CNIL website.

Recipients and Processors

Your data is processed by the association and the following technical service providers, limited to what is necessary for their services:

Transfers Outside the European Union

Some of the processors listed above are established outside the European Union. Data transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission or by the protection mechanisms provided in these providers’ privacy policies.

Content Embedded from Other Sites

Some pages may include embedded content (videos, images, documents). This content behaves as if you were visiting the originating site, which may collect data, use cookies and track your interactions.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• right of access and to obtain a copy;
• right to rectification;
• right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”);
• right to restriction of and objection to processing;
• right to data portability;
• right to define instructions regarding your data after your death.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority).

Security and Data Breaches

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data (encrypted HTTPS connection, restricted access). In the event of a data breach likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the CNIL within 72 hours and inform you promptly, in accordance with regulations.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Any changes will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. We invite you to review it regularly.
